Es una compañía explotadora de trabajadores Francisco el "reclutador" no te deja progresar dentro de la empresa tiene manipulado a todo el personal incluyendo al dueño además de estar haciendo dinero ilícito con las visas de esta y otras compañías. Siempre amenaza que el es quien decide quien vuelve y quien no sin importar si eres un buen trabajador. El con su colaborador José de San Luis están cobrando dinero a cada persona que llevan con visa a White Castle. El dueño jake hansen aprueba todo lo que francisco hace con los trabajadores al igual que Gabby molina la gerente de recursos humanos que solo trabaja para las órdenes de Francisco y dejando mucho que desear de su profesión.
