Even being a citizen worker the management only looks out for themselves and will punish you for any little slip up I got a two week suspension for calling in less than 2 hours before my shift mind you the shift started at 5 am so they wanted me to be awake and to wake them with a call which they wouldn’t have been happy about either then because the staffing was insufficient they brought me back in made me apologize and put me back on the schedule with more grueling hours before the suspension was over overall terrible company that basically owns the cities they operate in Younes and 272 Hospitality are scum
