Buenas tardes. Quiero poner una denuncia para James Alexander, dueño de la empresa Alexander's Maintnance Property. Esta persona nos quita horas de nuestros cheques de pago, hace amenazas ESTÚPIDAS diciendonos que nos va a correr y regresarnos a México. Se enoja porque hacemos overtime hay en temporada alta, nos exige que trabajemos rápido y con poca gente y terminar en menos horas. ES INJUSTO E INHUMANO QUE EL SR: JAMES ALEXANDER NO NOS DE NI LAS GRACIAS. Cuando algún trabajador se enferma o se pone mal por las altas temperaturas de calor en Florida, la empresa no se hace responsable de llevar al trabajador al hospital. el año pasado 2019 yo me puse un poco mal, me estava dando el golpe de calor, y el manager de la empresa no le importó, le dije que me consiguiera agua porque ya no había en los coolers y el manager me ignoró por completo. tuve que quedarme recostado sobre el pasto para tratar de recuperarme, pero no fue de mucha ayuda y así tuve que seguir trabajando. el dueño de la empresa JAMES ALEXANDER es una ESCORIA de PERSONA, es INUMANO, PREPOTENTE, SIN EDUCACIÓN. Ahora en este año 2020, un compañero también se puo un poco mal por el golpe de calor que le estava dando, el manager le prometió llevarlo con el médico al siguiente cosa que nunca sucedió, lo ignoraron, sólo le dijeron que la empresa no era responsable. Ahora me pregunto QUÉ POCA MADRE ¿NO? Si bien sabe el Sr. James Alexander que nosotros os trabajadores estamos trabajando arduamente para que su MALDITA EMPRESA gane mucho dinero con el esfuerzo de nosotros y él sin importarle, no nos atiende y ni nos hace caso, sólo amenaza tras amenaza. a él sólo le importa el MALDITO DINERO, todo para su BOLSILLO y los trabajadores QUE SE CHINGUEN. También quiero comentar que no nos consiguió vivienda ni este año ni el año pasado. LO ÚNICO QUE EXIJO Y PIDO ES DE QUE AL SR. JAMES ALEXANDER, LE CANCELEN LOS CONTRATOS CON VISA DE TRABAJO PERO YAAAA. No me gustaría que más gente pase por lo mismo. Aquí en Florida, la empresa ALEXANDER'S MAINTENANCE PROPERTY tiene muy mala reputación. SÓLO DESEO QUE LE SEAN CANCELADAS LOS CONTRATOS DE TRABAJO A LA EMPRESA ALEXANDER'S MAINTENANCE PROPERTY URGENTEMENTE, POR FAVOR. QUE ESA EMPRESA YA NO CONTRATE MÁS. GRACIAS.
