El rendimiento pedido por el empleador en la recolección de café es demasiado alto dadas las condiciones generales de los cafetales y su productividad. Al parecer por eso el desempeño de un trabajador bueno puede ser calificado como no satisfactorio, y esto podría ser un obstáculo para aquel trabajador que quisiera volver a trabajar una siguiente temporada, sea en esta u otra ubicación. Cómo la situación descrita no es posible anticiparla por parte del trabajador entonces solo se conoce una vez se está en la ejecución del contrato. Por lo anterior, no obstante que el empleador es sumamente respetuoso de las condiciones del contrato, trabajar con este empleador puede resultar inconveniente si ud aspira a trabajar más de una temporada.
