Omni es un buen lugar con varios beneficios cumple con la mayoría de las condiciones y un programa H2-B bien trabajado, sin embargo las exigencias son desiguales con empleados H2-B que un empleado local lo que implica que estas siendo vigilado y que debes dar más pero no es motivo de que sea valorado, el ambiente es percibido como condicionado si eres H2-B a que te despidan por ser un migrante del cual pueden prescindir o tienes algún tipo de desventaja comparado a otros colaboradores, en mi situación tenía menos de 7 horas de diferencia entre jornadas algo designado para migrantes, tareas más pesadas asignadas a temporales y preferencias en administración. De parte de recursos humanos funciona con autoritarismo descartando empleados a voluntad sin tomar en cuenta el trabajo aportado. De parte de alta gerencia recibes un trato respetuoso en su mayoría y con un acercamiento amistoso lo cual se reconoce.
