Reproductive health services are vital. Abortions provided by competent medical professionals in healthy and sanitary conditions are among the safest medical interventions. But when abortions are limited or criminalized, people are forced to look for unsafe alternatives.

Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, Inc., along with lawyers in Georgia, has sued Hyundai Mobis, an automobile manufacturer as well as their recruitment agencies for defrauding the United States government and dozens of Mexicans  with engineering and technical expertise, scammed to work as assembly-line workers in Georgia.

The United States Department of Labor found that Packers Sanitation Services Inc hired at least 31 children between the ages of 13 and 17. Some of their work included: cleaning floors and dangerous equipment such as meat- and bone-cutting saws, grinding machines and electric knives, using corrosive cleaners during night shifts at three slaughtering and meat packing facilities.
