¿Trabajaste en la empresa Titan Farms en 2018 y/o 2019 con visa H-2A en Carolina del Sur? Podrías tener salarios atrasados esperandote.

La División de Horas y Salarios del Departamento de Labor (DOL) a través de una investigación realizada a la empresa Titan Fruit & Vegetal Co. Inc. (también conocido como Titan Farms), encontró que dicha empresa violó las regulaciones de la visa H-2A al deducir ilegalmente dinero del salario de sus empleados.
