The new rules specify that H-2B workers should receive an employment contact, at least 3/4 of the hours promised in the contact, and the reimbursement of visa and travel costs, among other protections.

Las nuevas reglas especifican que los trabajadores H-2B deben de recibir un contrato laboral, por lo menos tres cuartas pares de las horas totales prometidas y un reembolso para los gastos de visa y transporte, entre otras protecciones.
