Steve didn't send our stuff off so weren't able to get visas in time. Then he tried telling me they didn't even get our emails but the email we had was correct. And they hacked our bank for $18,000 from $100 check pictures we sent for payment. They are very unorganized. He only had record from emails, no paper trails. We asked for a deal to do 2 visas for 2 companies. He had me contact him through another company because his partner wouldn't let him do it. The only problem is he obviously doesn't check his other phone or email! So it never got done.
