La Ley de Normas Justas de Trabajo (FLSA, por sus siglas en inglés) es la ley federal que requiere que la mayoría de las personas empleadas en los Estados Unidos sean retribuidas por lo menos con el salario mínimo federal por todas las horas trabajadas (actualmente, 7.25 dólares por hora) y el pago de overtime (excepto en la agricultura).
